Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in new, unused condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

We will provide instructions and a return address.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

3. Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error was made in shipping.

 

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for eligible items.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders may already be processed, and cancellations may not be possible.
